For me, 2022 was about having a bad back and hosting Ukrainians.  

There is more to it...

Looking from the outside of Nomad, you see jobs posted and the odd story about a young person.  

However, you never see the complete stories of the young people from Doorway as those stories belong to the young people. So I've captured data from the mentoring sessions rather than the personal narratives to share the impact with you.

For a small business, I am genuinely proud of the social impact that Nomad has made on a handful of young people from Doorway in the last 12 months.

It's quality over quantity.
