Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)

Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work. The assessment is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), takes only 6-8 minutes to complete and provides an initial profile detailing, among other things, a person’s strengths and limitations, communication style, motivators, basic fears, behaviour under pressure and likely value to the business.

Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue)

Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) measures Emotional Intelligence. Emotionally intelligent people are more self-aware, are excellent communicators and can adapt their behaviour to a variety of situations. It is all about achieving results with and through others. They are more likely to have the edge they need to lead, manage and perform in today's competitive and complex marketplace. Takes 30-35 minutes to complete.

General Intelligence Assessment (GIA)

The GIA assessment measures the aptitude of the candidate. It assesses areas including reasoning, perceptual speed, number speed and accuracy, word meaning and spatial visualization and is the most accurate way to predict performance in a role, as proven by research conducted by the American Psychology Association. The assessment consists of 5 tests and takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.

High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI)

The HPTI assessment measures the personality traits of the candidate. Here, insights show how each candidate responds to stress, competitiveness, and openness to change at work as it measures conscientiousness, adjustment, curiosity, risk approach, ambiguity acceptance and competitiveness. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and consists of 78 questions.
