Last month, Nomad HR and Recruitment turned five.

Huge achievement - especially as this is the longest I have stayed in any job!

As many of you know, I have had this passion and drive to change Nomad for some time and now seems to be a very fitting opportunity to introduce Nomad as a Social Enterprise dedicated to making a difference to the lives of young people who need a helping hand.

It is still the same *great* service as we trade commercially using our recruitment and HR expertise, and will invest the profits for community benefit – both through donations and pro bono work.
