Working in the Aerospace industry, our client was looking for a recruitment partner that could help them achieve their production targets by recruiting for all departments. Based in North Nottinghamshire, the company were expanding rapidly and needing to take on a third shift to enable 24 hour operations. The HR and Operations team needed support for end to end recruitment.
Nomad HR and Recruitment were appointed as an interim resource in June 2016, to provide specialist recruitment services. This involved getting to know the organisation and working closely with the hiring managers to understand their team requirements. Nomad would write the job advert to attract the right talent, and then research and headhunt the right calibre of candidate. Taking full ownership over the process, Nomad would sit in on interviews at the client site when needed to ensure a speedy and efficient process. Successful candidates were also profiled through Thomas International before attending a second interview to ensure the right fit for the role.
