Recruiting the Perfect Recruiter
Nomad HR and Recruitment were approached to fill a specialist and urgent role for a global consultancy based in Coventry. The company was named as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2014 and 2015, which allows them to attract the very best talent. They were looking for a Recruitment Manager for a six month contract starting immediately. This person would need to work at a very senior level in the organisation and hit the ground running from day one.
Nomad advocated a Lean Recruitment method in filling this role. We reached out to our network through LinkedIn and local networking groups to find referrals or contacts who were available and able. Nomad undertook all preliminary research and screening of candidates so the client only received one CV, the right one.
