Electronics Design Engineer

Up to £45 per hour - 9 months contract

We are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer who will support our in-house design team with innovative and intelligent electronic design solutions.  

Our client is a manufacturer of liquid level sensors, supplying manufacturers of vehicles, power-generation equipment, and industrial machines around the world. They offer a varied and interesting engineering and development environment.

The ideal Electronics Hardware Design Engineer will have:

• Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering ( 2:1 or higher)
• Proven design experience in the electronics design industry
• Sensor design and development experience
• Accomplished in circuit design
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) systems

The Electronics Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for:

• Provide all electronic circuit hardware design to include analogue, power supply, with understanding of microprocessors (specifically Microchip PICs)
• Prepare technical documentation to include specification and sourcing of electrical and electronic components
• Research and implement new techniques and design improvements
